SHIPPING:

All orders excl. AU and UK could be subject to a VAT charge of up to 20% by local customs. To help alleviate this cost, SYMBYX offers Free Express Shipping to all customers

Australia

Free Express Shipping via Australia Post takes 1-7 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched by SYMBYX. 

UK

Free Royal Mail Express (2-5 business days).

International

Free DHL International Express Shipping (3-10 business days). Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched by SYMBYX. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service at info@symbyxbiome.com.

We do our best to make sure all parcels arrive as quickly and safely as possible. 

Taxes and duties: All international deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are unique to each region and remain the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. For more information on duties and taxes in your region, we recommend visiting your local customs website. 

 

RETURNS:

All of SYMBYX's innovative products are designed and built to the highest quality, safety and durability, and come with a One Year Manufacturing Warranty, for home or personal use, from the date of delivery.  

The warranty we provide is limited to general use under authorised conditions as described in the instruction manual enclosed with your purchase. Commercial users are provided with a one year warranty from the date of delivery.

In the rare event of a product fault, please contact us at info@symbyxbiome.com within 30 days of the product fault, and we will promptly assist you. We will provide you with a Device Repair Authorisation form to identify your order details and understand the issue with the device. Please note that items returned without first completing this form will not be accepted. If the repair is authorised, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Your device will be repaired by one of our authorised technicians in Australia, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States. If you are located in one of these regions and your device is under warranty, we will provide you with a shipping label to send the device to an authorised technician. Customers in other regions will need to cover the shipping costs to send the device to an approved technician.

In Australia our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In New Zealand our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  

To the extent permitted by law, this SYMBYX guarantee and warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorised persons.

SYMBYX does not offer refunds in change of mind situations. Our lasers are approved medical devices but, in accordance with other therapies, will have varying effects on different individuals. SYMBYX offers all customers access to its team of clinicians who are happy to assist you in optimising your laser therapy.
