SYMBYX employees, at times, may require access to this information for the provision of ongoing clinical and customer services, on a need-to-know basis only.  SYMBYX utilises communication platforms that are compliant with both the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These regulations are designed to ensure the privacy and security of personal information. SYMBYX will take all reasonable steps to protect all health and personal information and will never share such information without a customer’s express consent, unless required by law. SYMBYX hereby advises all customers that access to this information for internal purposes is a condition of sale. Any unauthorised breach, however unlikely, of SYMBYX systems dealing with customers’ records will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and customers immediately. SYMBYX engages with third party platforms that implement robust security and privacy measures such as encryption, firewalls, and regular security audits. SYMBYX takes all reasonable steps to ensure that such platforms have sufficient security measures in place that are compliant with all regional standards and regulations.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
