    What is the difference between DuoCare 904 and the PhysioCare?

    The PhysioCare and the DuoCare 904 lasers are both approved devices designed for pain management, but each offer distinct features to suit different needs. The PhysioCare delivers a broad coverage with a single fixed depth setting, making it ideal for general use. In contrast, the DuoCare904 provides targeted relief with four different depth settings, allowing for more focused application or customised support. While both are medical-grade handheld devices, the DuoCare treats up to three times faster and is fully rechargable - making it a convinient choice for busy at-home users and time-pressures clinics.

    How long until I see results?

    The timeline for noticing improvements can vary based on the condition you are using the device for, with some individuals observing progress within one to two weeks. For chronic conditions it might take a bit longer to notice results, since the light therapy works with the natural body processes. 

    If you use a handheld laser device to reduce Parkinson's symptoms, most customers see results around 10 to 12 weeks of consistent use.

    Do I need to wear safety glasses while using the lasers?

    Safety glasses are recommended when using our more powerful, clinical-grade DuoCare 904 and ProSeries devices. Protective glasses are provided with all DuoCare 904 and ProSeries orders.

    The PDCare, PhysioCare and DermaCare do not require you to wear safety glasses. In saying this, we still do not recommend shining the laser directly into your eyes.
